St Leonards is the perfect place for any aspiring young rider. In partnership with a family-run Edenside Riding Stables, situated just 10 minutes from the school’s campus, St Leonards pupils benefit from the full range of facilities, as well as lessons from experienced equestrian professionals. Specialist instructors are available for riders who wish to advance in dressage, show jumping or cross country. Edenside also hosts monthly show jumping competitions, which St Leonards students are welcome to compete in, or simply spectate.

Some of our more experienced riders use Drumcarrow Equestrian, which is the home of Lohoar Sport Horses and is situated just two miles from St Andrews, for lessons and livery.
