Senior Visit: Callum Underwood Returns to St Leonards

On Monday, 23 February, we were pleased to welcome back Senior Callum Underwood, who attended St Leonards from 2003 to 2005 and was a resident of Ollerenshaw Boarding House.

23 February 2026

Callum spoke to Year 12 pupils about his career in the games industry, sharing insights from his work across publishing, investment and studio management. Now co-founder of IndieBI and CEO of Uwu Biz, he has worked with and advised a wide range of independent game studios, and previously held roles with Kowloon Nights, Raw Fury and Oculus. He also sold his self-publishing agency, Robot Teddy, in 2021, having managed titles such as Among Us, Gang Beasts and Vampire Survivors.

He also spoke candidly about neurodiversity in the industry, reflecting on his own experiences of ADHD and autism and how these have shaped his approach to work and leadership. His honesty prompted deep discussion and questions from pupils.

During his visit, Callum met with former teachers, including Mrs Love, and toured the campus, revisiting familiar spaces including his former boarding room in Ollerenshaw. His visit had a real impact on both pupils and staff, and we look forward to welcoming him back to St Leonards in the future.
