Financial Assistance & Scholarships

Open to All

We believe that a St Leonards education should be accessible to as many young people as possible, which is why financial assistance is available for prospective pupils who have the potential but not the means to join our school community.

Means-tested Bursaries

Bursary support can be allocated to pupils in Year 5 and above, based upon need. Support is provided either through the St Leonards Assisted Places Scheme or via the Financial Assistance Fund.

Families interested in applying for financial assistance should mark this in the appropriate section when completing their initial enquiry form. Bursary assessments take place in February each year and further details are communicated to those who have registered an interest in applying for assistance.

Applications have now closed for the 2024-2025 Academic Year.

Sibling Fee Remissions

Sibling discounts are available for families with more than three children at St Leonards. Please contact our Admissions Team for more details.

University Employees Fee Remissions

A fee remission is available for parents employed by the University of St Andrews. Proof of employment status will be required upon application.
