Years 8-10 production of 'Anansi'
Talented actors in Years 8-10 are making final preparations for their stage production of ‘Anansi’ by Alistair Campbell. Taking place at the Byre Theatre in St Andrews nightly at 7.30 from Wednesday 16th May to Friday 18th May, the colourful and lively play explores the slave trade through the eyes of the children involved, bringing to life a culture rich in story-telling, music and dance. According to new research, International Baccalaureate students are more likely to go on to a top 20 UK university, are more likely to achieve first and second upper class honours degrees and are more likely to be employed in graduate level jobs and in higher paid occupations.
