Last week, our Year 9 pupils presented their community project findings at the annual Middle Years Programme Exhibition. Over the past six months, the pupils have worked hard to identify an authentic need and then seek to make a meaningful difference in our local community, whether that be creating welcome packs for refugees, raising awareness about marine pollution or volunteering with the local charity Families First. The pupils really have shown themselves to be true IB learners – principled and caring communicators and thinkers who are determined to make the world a better place.
